Retirement Navigator is for adults 55 and above who are building the next thirty years, not winding down. If you can make one part of that clearer, we would like to have you on — and we will work to make sure people actually hear it.
Who is listening
Older adults who are active online are skeptical by default — because almost everything aimed at them is trying to sell them something. That skepticism is why this audience is worth reaching, and why we are careful about who we put in front of them.
What we do for you
A page on this site at retirementnavigator.co/guest/your-name — your photo, your bio, your credentials, your links, and the episode. Not a line in a feed. A page with your name on it that you can send to anyone.
Written post copy, your link, episode graphics and an audiogram — all on your page, ready to copy. You should never have to write your own promo for our show.
The episode goes out on Apple, Spotify, Amazon and YouTube, and gets promoted through Next Chapter Media's channels — including the Benefits Insider audience.
Every link you give us goes in the show notes and on your page — your site, your book, your organisation, your newsletter. We do not bury them.
Short vertical clips cut from your best moments, for your own channels as much as ours. Yours to use however you want.
Your page does not expire, get archived, or get folded into a roundup. It stays live, it stays yours, and it keeps showing up in search under your name.
The test we use: after this episode, can a 62-year-old do something differently on Monday?
What to expect
One short form. Tell us what you would want to make simpler for our listeners.
Our producer prepares a brief and a run of show, and sends you a broad list of the topics we expect to cover. It is a guide, not a script: our host does his own research on top of it to bring our listeners more insight, and he decides the final questions. Rest assured, there will be no gotcha questions. Our goal is to highlight your expertise in the areas that will be most helpful to our audience.
Thirty to forty-five minutes on StreamYard or Riverside. Relaxed, no trick questions. If you want to restate an answer, we simply do it again — we edit.
Your page goes live with the episode, and your share kit is on it the day it drops.

Thirty to forty-five minutes of recording, plus a few minutes of warm-up beforehand that we do not record. If your schedule needs a hard stop at thirty minutes, tell us and we will build the run of show around it.
No. We send a broad list of the topics we expect to cover so you can think about them, and we ask for a headshot, a short bio and the links you want promoted. That is the whole ask.
We record video and publish audio everywhere podcasts are found. Video episodes also go to YouTube. If you would rather be audio-only, that is fine — say so when you apply.
Yes — at the end, we ask you directly where people can find your work, and every link goes in the show notes and on your page. What we do not do is turn the middle of the episode into a pitch. The audience notices, and it costs you more than it gains.
Yes. You get the episode link, graphics, an audiogram and clips, all from your own page.
Neither. Nobody pays to appear on Retirement Navigator, and we do not pay for interviews. If an episode is ever sponsored, we say so out loud in the episode.

We read every one. If it is a fit, our producer follows up with dates.
